In this latest project we had an existing unused garage space with a power supply already in place.
The customer was looking for a way to add value to the property and create an additional living space for the evenings.
We ripped out all the existing wires and ran in new for the sockets and lighting. There was a total of ten double sockets and nine down lights to be switched via a dimmer.
All visible accessories where chrome and the lights matte black. The down lights we used for this project had interchangeable bezels, light colour switching and optional power outputs being 7w & 5w. These fittings came with a 5 year manufacturing guarantee.
With the property being so far away from the existing building and router (internet) and the customer only using the TV for Netflix, we installed an Ethernet cable from the TV to the WIFI repeater location.
There was also a floating fire and TV, due to the weight of both of these fittings we liased with the joiner on site to fix wooden batons behind them for a solid fixing.
